That day's comin soon...

The week before last, I saw an awesome e-mail lying in my inbox - TAMU gives me an admit! yeehooo.......... and last week, there was an even better e-mail from the same sender.....guess wat guess wat?????
A Graduate Assistanceship for 2 sems! Which literally translates to almost no fees for 1 year of my studies. For the 2nd year, it can be extended. Plus I shall be getting 670USD/month as salary. Now that's what we call in Hindi "Sone Pe Suhaaga".
As it is, Texas is damn cheap for students (fees,rentals n stuff). Now with this funding, I'm almost certain of sending them my confirmation.But I'm still waiting for reply from UT Austin which is obviously much better than TAMU. lesse what happens...

Honestly, I just dont realize how time is speeding by. Each weekday goes & I just dont get time to think over the virtually 'new birth' that I'll be taking in a couple of months. And when the weekend comes, my heart sinks down with the thought of it. My lovely home, awesome frnz, things that I do for TP, my city, country....oh crap! I just hope this phase passes by smoothly.
Somehow I have started realizing that in the long run, I'm not the kinda person who works for some firm. I'm just getting the feeling of starting up something on my own back here. It's just a thought, nothing concrete yet.

Someday, I'll be sitting in the garage, working on some novel concept, which will revolutionize the way the world lives (just like Larry Page n Sergie Brin)!
